Food and Nutrition & Hospitality

 

 L1 Food Technology and Nutrition have been completing their first internal Achievement Standard, Food Safety, which involves both a written and practical assessment. 

 
The students are to make a meal including high risk foods ie foods that can easily cause food poisoning unless they are correctly stored and fully cooked eg chicken and precooked rice.
