- 11.45am-1.15pm Assembly in Assembly Hall, followed by Whanau Form Class
- 1.15pm – Peer Support Leaders to Assembly Hall
Wednesday 31 January
- Year 9 students only, 9.00am to 3.00pm
- 9.00am Students to be met by Prefects at school entrances and escorted to Assembly Hall for Powhiri
- Whanau Form Class, Orientation and Peer Support to follow
Thursday 1 February
- Year 9 students only, 8.40am to 3.05pm
- 8.40am Whanau Form Class, followed by full day of classe
Friday 2 February
- All students, Year 9 to Year 13, 8.40am to 3.05pm
- 8.40am Whanau Form Class, followed by full day of classes
- 8.40am Year 10 and 11 students who are new to TGS to the Assembly Hall to receive timetables, followed by full day of classes
