L2 Business Students Food FestivalOn a bright Wednesday lunchtime this week Te Poho became a festival of food when the Level 2 Business Studies students carried out their community wellbeing business activities.
The students were required to create a business plan to make a food product to sell to students. The proceeds of these sales are to benefit the community with profits being donated to a wide range of worthy causes chosen by the students.
The products on sale included donuts, hot sausage rolls, a sausage sizzle, cakesicles, cookies, fairy bread, hot made to order toasties, spiders and gourmet milkshakes. The students who attended enjoyed the food and are looking forward to the last Food Fest this year which will be held on Wednesday 9th June at lunchtime.
