Market Day 2021
A rainy lunchtime on Wednesday 14th of April was brightened up with the Market Day that was held in Te Poho School Hall at lunchtime.
Students had completed a business activity that meant they worked in groups to ideate and then produce and deliver a product to sell to their school community. There was a great deal of innovation in the range of goods on sale. We had candles, painted vinyl records, pictures, jelly soaps, bracelets and many more. The students had home made most of the products on sale which led to some high demand. Te Poho was busy for the whole time and the experience was both very successful and enjoyed by the customers and business groups.
We will be holding two further Market Days this year so please don’t miss out and we will see you at the next one on Wednesday 7th July.
