Peer Service & Prefect Teams Volunteer at New Harbour Hospice
On Saturday our wonderful TGS Peer Service and TGS Prefect teams volunteered at the opening of the new Harbour Hospice in Shea Terrace. Our students directed guests to the parking areas, welcomed guests and helped with jobs like serving coffee, tea and food and helped with the cleanup afterwards. As part of the community, our TGS Peer Service Team see charity work as really important because it fills the gaps in providing resources to help the most vulnerable. Helping hospice is important as it is a charity that provides palliative care to our local community and their families.
