We are now only accepting long-term (2-5years) students for term 3 and beyond.

Application Process

To apply to study at Takapuna Grammar School, you can complete the online application.

Please submit the following documents by uploading via the online platform.

• Completed enrolment form including information for host family, subjects, and medical information.
• A copy of the student's passport
• A copy of the student's academic record

Things to Note Before Applying:

Minimum Placement Duration

• A minimum of 6 months (2 terms) is required for international students

Educational Agent Requirement

• Students must be represented by a TGS registered Educational Agent
• Contact international@tgs.school.nz for details

Application Processing Time

• Online applications are reiewed within 48 hours (delays may occur during holidays)

Interview Process

• An online interview will be requested upon school application approval

Post-Interview Procedure

• Agents will recieve confirmation with 48 hours of the interview
• A placement offer and invoice will follow
• Once payment is received, a payment reciept will be sent to the agent
