School Pool Upgrade

Takapuna Grammar School is excited to announce a significant upgrade to the school swimming facilities. This project is being managed by the Takapuna Grammar School Foundation Trust.  Works have already begun with completion during Term 1, 2025. 
The pool will be:
•    Heated year round and floodlit
•    Deepened 70 cm enabling water polo
•    Provide year-round cross-training e.g. PE, rugby, football, rowing and triathlon
•    Pro swimming coaching / swim squads available for school & community
•    Upgraded changing facilities
•    Fully upgraded pool filtration and salt chlorination for swimmer comfort

The school is raising $300,000.00 towards this upgrade.  
We are inviting our community to support us by donating a brick:

• $10,000.00 Gold Donation
• $5,000.00 Silver Donation
• $1,000.00 Bronze Donation

There are also options for smaller donations of $100.00, $50.00 and $25.00 – every donation counts!

All donations are tax-deductible (up to 33.33% back).

Gold and Silver and Bronze donations will be recognised in separate brick areas on the building and will all have their requested name engraved.  Brick donations must be received by 1 December to work in with the building completion.

If paying directly to the bank account, please enter your name and TGS pool as reference.  Please also email your name, amount donated and the name for your brick to: poolproject@tgs.school.nz.  

There is a limit to two rows with 17 character spaces per row.
