Thank you to the large number of staff and parent volunteers who accompanied our sports teams to their tournaments last week. Our students produced some wonderful results which wouldn’t have been possible without your support and encouragement. Yesterday we had our annual Merit assembly. Merit Awards recognise students in year 12 and 13 who have made a meaningful contribution over two or more years to a chosen activity such as a first team in Sports or the Performing Arts. Students must have been leaders and role models within their groups. Congratulations to all our award winners. With the TGS practise exams beginning on Friday, our senior students have reached a critical time in their academic journey for 2024. Students all now have their exam timetable and should have a robust study plan in place to take responsibility for their learning. These exams are an important measure of whether a student is on track for their final exams in November.
