Takapuna Grammar School fosters staff and students to find and develop their talents by offering a myriad of opportunities for personal and professional growth. We have a diverse community and offer a huge range of courses in the classroom to give student plenty of choice and the chance to discover more about themselves and others around them.
Within courses there is the opportunity for students to personalise their learning too. Some of our learning is done outside the classroom as we can access many interesting cultural and environmental places. This makes learning more engaging and relevant.
There are many opportunities for experiences away from school around New Zealand and globally. These help build understanding, emotional stability, resilience, adaptability and curiosity.
