Money raised by the PTA pays for equipment for students and large projects such as landscaping. Funding Requests

Students, teachers, parents and caregivers may apply to the PTA for funds aimed to improve the well-being of the school community. We aim to distribute funds fairly across a range of initiatives so that all members of the school community benefit from the funds raised. Funding all or any part of an initiative is at the sole discretion of the PTA.

All funding requests must be submitted on this form with a letter with full details. 

Meeting Dates

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month during school term in the TGS Ex-Pupils Library. Please email [email protected] to check details for the next meeting. 


Watch this space for the 2022 PTA fundraising calendar still being finalised now. We can confirm though that our ever popular Annual Golf Day Tournament has been penciled in for Thursday 10th November down at the Waitemata Golf Club in Devonport.
