College Sport Athletics Championship Results

Day 1

On Thursday 10th March, twelve Takapuna Grammar School Athletics Team members competed in Day One of the College Sport Auckland Athletics Championships at Mt Smart Stadium. Due to the current restriction, the team had to compete without any support from their teammates. However, this didn't deter our athlete's mindset, and they gave their best effort for our school and managed to come away with a valuable experience and results.

Day 2

On Tuesday 15th March, Ruben Vogel, Kate Hallie and Holly Shipkov competed on Day 2 of the College Sport Athletics Championships at the AUT Millennium. It was a beautiful day for the field events and we are excited to inform you that Ruben won gold in the Senior Boys Pole Vault, Kate had a stellar day with two gold in the Intermediate Girls Discus and Shop Put and Holly gave it her all to finish up mid-table in the Junior Girls Shot Put.

The third and final day of the Championships will be held on Tuesday 22nd March at Mt Smart Stadium. We wish all 15 athletes the best of luck.
